Telus regional broadcasting licences approved with CoL for independent programming committee

The CRTC approved an application by Telus Corp. to amend three regional broadcasting licences for terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings (BDU) in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, but included a condition of licence relating to the establishment of an independent programming committee (IPC).
