UPDATED: Conservative MP Brassard demands investigation into cellphone tracking

Conservative MP John Brassard wrote a letter Jan. 5 to Privacy Commissioner Daniel Therrien asking for an investigation into cellphone data tracking by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). The agency says it is using the information to contain the spread of COVID-19.
