Opposition seeks emergency probe into Health Canada cellphone tracking

A group of four Opposition MPs is asking for an emergency meeting of the House Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics to study the Public Health Agency’s (PHAC) Request for Proposal (RFP) on cell phone data tracking.
