Cogeco gets approval for TPIA speeds and rates from CRTC

Monday the CRTC granted approval of a change in speeds for third party internet access (TPIA) for Cogeco Communications Inc., on behalf of its Cogeco Connexion subsidiary. The regulator also set rates for the various services.
