Online Streaming Act will modernize broadcast laws: CRTC commissioner

Bill C-11, the Online Streaming Act, is a necessary tool to update Canada’s broadcasting laws, the CRTC commissioner for Manitoba and Saskatchewan told a conference on Tuesday. Joanne Levy was speaking to the All Access Conference in Winnipeg.
