CIK continues to file Part 1s seeking access to Richmond, B.C. buildings

Competitive local exchange carrier CIK Telecom Inc. has once again filed a Part 1 application with the CRTC demanding access to multi-dwelling units (MDUs) in Richmond BC. The offending party is Strata Corp. LMS 2793. The CLEC filed the application the same day it filed another intervention against Strata for a different property in Richmond.
