Quebecor seeks to review and vary Bell MVNO decision

Quebecor Inc., acting on behalf of its Videotron and Freedom Mobile divisions, is asking the CRTC to review and vary its August decision on operating as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) on BCE Inc.’s networks. It filed the application on Nov. 27.
