Bell still plagued by copper theft in first half of year

BCE Inc. is reporting thefts of copper wiring have surged 78 per cent in the first six months of the year. Between January and June, there were 993 incidents across the country. Arrests have risen by 32 per cent, which Bell hails as a positive step.
