GATINEAU, Que.—As the CRTC works to redefine “Canadian program” and the rules around it, the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network told the regulator on Thursday that it wants to see a system that prioritizes supporting Indigenous productions made in collaboration with Indigenous broadcasters.
