Rogers remains most-complained-about service provider in CCTS annual report

For the third consecutive year, Rogers Communications Inc. is the most-complained-about service provider, according to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services’ (CCTS) annual report. The report also found wireless service issues and billing disputes continue to be top of mind for customers.
