Rogers leadership blames ‘antiquated’ regulations for spending cuts, project cancellations

Rogers Communications Inc. leadership used the company’s annual general meeting on Wednesday to blast federal telecommunications policies, announcing significant spending cuts they say are a direct result of an “antiquated” regulatory environment.
