Coppers and robbers: Canadian telcos are facing a massive surge in wire theft

Canadian telcos are facing another record-smashing year for copper theft, according to new data obtained by The Wire Report, as both Telus Corp. and BCE Inc.’s Bell Canada are experiencing year-over-year increases of 51 and 61 per cent, respectively.
