CRTC denies Bell request to charge Fido retail ‘channelization’ rates

The CRTC denied Tuesday a request by Bell Aliant and Bell Canada asking that Rogers Communications Inc.’s Fido Solutions Inc. be charged retail rates for Bell’s “channelizing” services.
