Ontario telecom files Part 1 over delayed access to Toronto condos

An Ontario-based carrier has filed a Part 1 application with the CRTC after being repeatedly denied access to a building in Toronto. Coextro, operated by 2332683 Ontario Inc., tells the commission that Toronto Standard Condominium Corp. 1782 has been shutting it out for three years and seven months.
