Blue Ant says contribution regime should be flexible

Foreign streamers must pay their fair share of contributions to the Canadian broadcasting system, but should be able to choose how they do it, the CRTC was told Friday. The commission was wrapping up the second of three weeks of hearings into modernizing the broadcasting landscape.
