Rogers acquires remainder of OLN

Rogers Media announced last week it had reached separate agreements with both CTVglobemedia and Versus LP to acquire each company's interests in Outdoor Life Network Canada. Currently, OLN is owned one-third each by Rogers Broadcasting, CTVgm and Versus. OLN is a 24-hour specialty network devoted to delivering the outdoor programming for athletes and explorers of all ages. The transactions are subject to CRTC approval and the acquisitions are expected to close in the first quarter of 2008.
