With the company struggling financial and in the process of conducting a strategic review, AirIQ Inc. has decided to consolidate some executive management responsibilities. CFO Mark Kohler has resigned, while Michael Robb has been appointed VP of finance and administration. Kohler will continue to act in an advisory role with the company as a resource for the special committee of the board of directors. The executive change comes a day after the Toronto-based telematics provider cut 23% of its workforce and announced that it was conducting a strategic review (see news briefs).
