Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) approved on Friday the issuing of four subordinate licences from Rogers Communications Inc. to Ecotel Inc. on Thursday. This agreement will be for communities in Eastern and Southern Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
