The CRTC has given two more companies permission to provide television services to small audiences, even though it has technically denied their applications for licences. The commission said Thursday it has rejected an application from AEBC Internet Corp. for a broadcast licence to serve parts of Ontario, and another from Hastings Cable Vision Ltd. to do business in parts of Ontario and Quebec.
