Rogers Communications Inc., BCE Inc. and Telus Corp. are near the top of this year’s list of the 100 companies in Canada that spend the most on research and development. The list, released annually by Research Infosource, is based on information from “proprietary databases,” the company said in a Nov. 14 press release.
