TeraGo Inc. will launch a search for a new chief executive following the resignation of its president and CEO Bryan Boyd, the company said Friday. The company said in a release that Boyd resigned “by mutual agreement," in order to “pursue other opportunities.” “Charles Allen, chairman of the board, has been appointed to act as interim president and CEO as the board conducts a search for the new CEO,” the release said.
