Rogers climbs from bottom spot in Netflix speed index

Rogers Communications Inc. climbed out of the bottom ranking among 14 Canadian ISPs measured in latest speed index from Netflix Inc. Rogers had an average speed of 2.52 Mbps, according to Netflix's index for May that was posted Monday. That was up from an average speed of 1.67 Mbps in the April ranking. Netflix said in a blog that Rogers had the biggest improvement of any Canadian service provider measured. It moved to 12th place from 14th in April.
