The British Columbia Court of Appeal this week upheld an injunction against a certain company turning up in Google searches because the company is alleged to be infringing on the rights of another company, according to report in the Globe and Mail. An article published online Thursday said the court dismissed an appeal from Google Inc. to have an injunction against showing results for Datalink Technologies Gateways Inc. overturned.
