DHX Media Ltd. said Wednesday that it has reached a deal to license the global publishing rights to Twirlywoos, a TV show for preschoolers for which Halifax-based DHX produces, distributes and manages the marketing rights. The company said in a press release that the licensing deal is with HarperCollins Publishers, which it said will produce physical and digital books based on the series, as well as audio products and gift items.
