BCE Inc. was tops in RootMetric’s 2015 Canadian mobile network performance review that was released Wednesday, with Rogers Communications Inc. and Telus Corp. not far behind. The U.S.-based mobile analytics company said in the report that Bell scored an overall national performance rating of 94.5 per cent, while Rogers scored 93.7 per cent and Telus scored 93.6 per cent.
