Montreal-based social-TV audience measurement company Seevibes is opening an office in Toronto, the company said in a press release Wednesday. The expansion comes a year after the company opened an office in France. Seevibes also said it named Franz Fontaine as vice-president of strategic development. Fontaine previously worked for companies including Quebecor Inc.’s TVA network and BCE Inc.’s media subsidiary, it added.
