Faced with what it said are multiple different instances of non-cooperation from a small Ontario-based internet service provider (ISP), the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) has "terminated participation" of SkyChoice Communications Inc. with the telecom complaints ombudsman, according to a Thursday release. The CCTS investigated a customer complaint before issuing a binding recommendation to the ISP that it provide a refund to the customer, which SkyChoice failed to do, the release said.
