Shaw Communications Inc.’s U.S. data-centre division, ViaWest Inc., announced Thursday it is acquiring INetU Inc., a cloud hosting company. ViaWest said in a press release that it will buy the Pennsylvania-based company for $162.5 million US. Shaw Communications Inc. announced Thursday a 43.8 per cent increase in its fourth quarter profits. It said in its quarterly results that its net income for the three months ending Aug. 31 was up 43.8 per cent to $276 million, up from $192 million a year earlier.
