Distributel buying Zazeen, adds to exec team

Distributel Communications Inc. has received the OK from the CRTC to acquire IPTV service provider Zazeen Inc., the company said in a press release Thursday.
Distributel has already been offering IPTV services for about three years in partnership with Zazeen.
