The former president and CEO of Verizon Communications Inc.’s wireless division has signed on with the board of directors of a Canadian mobile satellite provider. Dan Mead, who recently retired from Verizon, is joining Quebec-based TerreStar Solutions Inc.’s board, the company announced in a Tuesday press release.
