TeraGo Inc., a provider of online, data and voice services, said Tuesday it has appointed Joe Prodan as chief financial officer. Prodan formerly held this title for Mobilicity, the new-entrant wireless carrier that entered bankruptcy protection in September and is trying to find a buyer.
