BCE Inc. has announced two new appointments in its Bell Media division.  Karine Moses, president of advertising arm Astral Out of Home (AOOH) since July 2016, is having her role in the company expanded to include vice-president of Bell Media sales in Quebec. She will lead TV, radio, AOOH and digital integrated sales strategies and operations for all media properties in the province, according to a Wednesday press release.
