Rogers says it would keep Cogeco headquarters in Quebec

Rogers Communications Inc. says if its proposed acquisition of Cogeco Inc.’s Canadian division went through, it wouldn’t move the headquarters, management team or operations of Cogeco’s media division outside Quebec.
“This follows a similar approach after the purchase of Fido 16 years ago, with the brand headquartered in the recently renovated downtown Montreal headquarters at Place Bonaventure following an investment of $42 million in modern offices,” Rogers said in a Friday press release.
