Telecom services affected by a satellite outage in have been restored after an “anomaly” powered down communications Sunday night. Ottawa-based Telesat Holdings Inc., which operates the affected Anik F2 satellite, said in a press release early Monday afternoon that “the satellite is performing normally and all of its subsystems appear healthy” after the “highly unusual” incident.
