Rogers Communications Inc.’s chief customer officer, Deepak Khandelwal, and chief brand officer Dale Hooper have decided to leave the company, as those two departments get rolled into a single unit, Rogers said. The new consumer unit will include the previous customer experience, consumer business and brand divisions, it said.
