BCE Inc. and Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. have successfully tested fixed wireless technology that uses Huawei's 5G tech in rural parts of Southwestern Ontario, according to a Tuesday press release. The trials were done in the Ontario communities of Orangeville, Feversham and Bethany using Huawei’s 5G technology in the 3.5 GHz and 28 GHz spectrum bands.
