The Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) has issued a second press release in as many weeks regarding Axsit Corp.’s failure to refund a customer. On July 5, CCTS said in a release the Ontario voice-over-Internet-protocol (VoIP) provider had failed to abide by a CCTS recommendation to refund a customer.
