Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC), announced Thursday that its outdoor WiFi hotspot network will expand to three more cities in the U.S. It said in a press release that the addition of Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, and Raleigh, N.C., will grow its WiFi network to nearly 100,000 hotspots. It also said the Cable WiFi network, which it operates in partnership with other service providers, is at about 400,000 hotspots.
