Music industry report takes aim at Copyright Board, piracy

A House of Commons heritage committee report on the music industry released Thursday said the government should look at how long the Copyright Board, which sets the rates for use of copyrighted material such as music, takes to make decisions. This latest report follows a committee study into the Canadian music industry.
