Bell to lock out TV technicians Saturday

BCE Inc. subsidiary Bell Express Vu served notice Thursday of its intention to lock out 114 television technicians on at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union (CEP) of Canada said in a release.
