Videotron accuses Bell subsidiary of delaying access to infrastructure

Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron has filed another complaint with the CRTC over wholesale access in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Que., this time accusing BCE Inc. subsidiary Cablevision du Nord de Québec of “manoeuvring for months to unduly delay Videotron’s arrival in Abitibi.”
