ISED rejects transfer of Xplore licence to Telus

The department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED)  denied an application by Xplore Inc. for the transfer of five spectrum licences to Telus Corp. in Manitoba out of “substantial concerns” that it would harm competition in the province, which runs contrary to its policy objective for spectrum management.
