ICA Microsystems Inc. is once again a participant in the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Service (CCTS) after being suspended last April. The internet service provider had not supplied a customer with a refund as demanded by the CRTC agency. It later rectified the matter and worked with the CCTS to come under its umbrella once more.
