Rogers sells all Cogeco shares to CDPQ to reduce Shaw debt

Rogers Communications Inc. has divested itself of all of its shares in Cogeco Inc. and its subsidiary Cogeco Communications Inc. The deal was announced Monday evening after the markets closed. The buyer is the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).
