No jurisdiction to investigate network migration, CCTS says

The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS) has decided it does not have jurisdiction in a complaint about Telus Corp.’s carrier grade network address translation (CGNAT). The matter was raised by a customer in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
