CSE to work more directly with telecoms on network security

OTTAWA — New national security legislation proposed Tuesday will enable Canada’s Communications Security Establishment (CSE) to be more active in protecting the country’s telecommunications networks, Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan said during a briefing with media.
