Tata Communications Ltd. announced Tuesday it has partnered with Asian Television Network International Ltd. to launch a new over-the-top (OTT) service. ATN will use Tata’s cloud-based platform to deliver a mix of South Asian news, sports and entertainment content “in an intuitive app format,” Tata said in a press release.
