Wearable adoption slow, app use declining: study

The adoption of wearable devices is sluggish in Canada, with only 10 per cent of Canadians indicating they own one, suggest the results of a new Catalyst study. “While the advent of wearables, particularly the Apple Watch, made headlines in 2015, the overall adoption rate was less than anticipated,” the digital marketing agency said in the report released Thursday.
