OUTtv Network Inc. has accused BCE Inc. of an undue preference toward its company in a complaint that appeared on the CRTC's website Wednesday. The LGBT-oriented specialty channel said in a letter to the CRTC that it was advised by Bell on June 26 that it is to be removed from Bell’s Lifestyle 2 package, and it has asked the CRTC stop this change.
