Cogeco revenue up, profit dips

Cogeco Inc. announced another increase in revenue with its second-quarter results Tuesday as it awaits news from the CRTC on its proposed hybrid mobile network operator (HMNO) model as the regulator releases its decision on mandated access for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) this week.
